A step-by-step walkthrough for photographers delivering a gallery, and for clients picking their favorites.
Go to pixellista.com/login and sign in with the email and password you registered with.
From Galleries, click New Gallery and give it a name — typically the client's name and shoot date. This is just a container; everything else (client, password, limits) gets set up inside it afterward.
Open Upload Photos and drag your files in, or browse. JPEG, PNG, TIFF, WebP and every common RAW format are accepted, up to 150 MB per file.
These land in the Selection tab — the proofs your client picks from. Each photo is watermarked and optimized automatically. The page stays locked to this screen until it's done — don't close the tab or navigate away mid-upload, or the remaining files will be cancelled. Use Cancel all if you need to stop.
Uploaded photos appear in a grid. Click any photo to open it full-screen, where you can delete it or mark it as a client pick yourself. Swipe left/right on mobile.
Click Manage Client Access to set the client's name, an optional email, and a password. Copy the login link or tap the QR icon to show a scannable code — handy for handing off in person. Email is optional; if you add one, Pixellista emails the link and password automatically (CC'd to you) every time you save.
The lightbox shows one photo at a time with Select and Delete actions, arrow keys or swipe to move between photos, and Space to toggle a pick.
Once your client has submitted their picks, switch to the Finals tab and upload the edited, final versions — no watermark. Click Mark delivered when you're done; your client can then download them.
